TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

By accepting our Terms you agree to the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT which specifies that:

Students may not use any foul or abusive language anywhere on our site(s) or during online or real world meetings.

Students may not promote their spiritual, secular, political, or any other belief system within the group(s) either online or during any of NADU's online or real world meetings.

Students ARE allowed to express their viewpoints on the above items within the context of a song they have written for the purpose of evaluation (viability in that particular marketplace, etc...) or for video or other marketing items they need feedback on in order to determine quality and market viability.  This is not an excuse for any Artist / Student to begin to attempt to spread their messaging throughout the student body.  In short, we are happy to evaluate ANY song or marketing materials Artists / Students have created, regardless of topic, but the line is crossed when the Artist / Student steps outside of the evaluative process to being imparting a personal/spiritual/political/etc.. doctrine to others.

While students are encouraged to speak their minds truthfully and professionally about their experience with NADU, any comments that a student spreads throughout ANY medium (person to person, social media, online seminars, etc..) that is deemed by the NADU ownership to be extremely distasteful, willfully destructive or overtly defamatory toward NADU, it's subcontractors, guests, or owners will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the program and (depending on the severity) potential grounds for suit.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
